Will I have to pay my monthly rate forever?
No. You are only charged your monthly rate (determined by the number of pages and options you choose) for the first year. After 12 months, no matter how much your initial rate was, your monthly payment will be $25/month for hosting.
Will my site be a template?
No. All of our sites are custom designs that are developed specifically for you, based on your project. Check out some examples of past projects.
What do I need to get started?
To get started, just call 888.217.9502 or contact us online. Tell us what you want, and we’ll send you a proposal within 24 hours. After approving the proposal and making your payment, you’ll need to complete your project specifications with your project coordinator. This will include gathering any photos and content you’d like on your site. Don’t worry if you don’t have a logo yet; we can create stylized text logo for you.
What size businesses do you work with?
All sizes! We work with small and large businesses, corporations, professionals, entrepreneurs, startups, and individuals.
Do you design adult web sites?
NO.
How are your prices so low?
We have streamlined our process. The reduced timeline, paired with lower design costs have enabled us to offer these high-quality sites at such low prices.
Will I really get my site in a week?
The development time begins when we receive all of the information that we’ve requested from you. Once you’ve provided all requested information, your site will be completed in 7-14 business days, depending on the complexity of your project. Often, we can deliver basic sites in less than 7 days.
What if I want a content management system?
We offer simple content management that allows you update content, including photos and text on your website. Talk to our sales team for more information on content management systems.
Will I get a chance to review the site and request revisions before it is launched?
Of course! We will work with you closely to create the website based on your needs. After we have completed the initial development, you will have 2 hours of time for revisions and changes. If more revisions are needed, we can complete them at our standard hourly rate of $95/hr.
Will I talk to the same person every time while my project is in development?
Yes. You will have a dedicated Project/Account Manager who will be your single point of contact throughout the development process and beyond.
Do you offer hosting?
Yes! All of our GreenLight packages come with hosting. This helps to smooth the launch process and eliminate delays.
What if I need more than 3 pages?
No problem! You can add any number of pages that you need to the project. See our Options and Pricing page.
What if I want to do a larger or custom project?
While there is no limit to the project size that we can do with Green Light Sites, if your project requires a lot of custom development or special features, it might be best for you to consult with our parent company, Unifusion Web Design.
